The 50 on Fire event highlights people, companies and organizations that are spreading innovation throughout Austin. The event, which will be held at 6 p.m. on Oct. 11 at Capital Factory, will honor a trailblazer in each category, 10 in total.
Kelley was nominated for his pursuit of telling diverse stories throughout the entrepreneurial ecosystem in Austin, including the first annual Mosaic Awards.
“There are a lot of cool things going on in Austin and I’m proud of the fact that my team and I are working on something that matters to people,” Kelley said. “Austin has a lot of work to do but I’m thankful for the opportunity and responsibility we have to help create a more inclusive startup ecosystem.”
Kelley said he was glad to be included with the nominees, some of which have been spotlighted on BLNDED Media.
“It’s a good feeling when you start to see some of the seeds of your passion start to bear fruit. With this nomination, I’m proud to be alongside some dope people and companies within the Austin startup ecosystem for 50 on Fire by Austin Inno,” he said.
